COVID-19 Status

Level 2

We hope everyone has managed to get through this lockdown in good health, and our thoughts remain with our friends and whanau in Auckland.

With the shift to Level 2 for Christchurch and the rest of NZ, our warehouse is back up and running fully.
If you are based in Auckland and have an order with us that you are unable to receive at the moment, please touch base with your account manager.

Our sales team will continue to work from home to reduce the number of people in the building.

Visits to our office will be by appointment only.
All visitors must observe public health protocols around signing in, wearing masks and staying away if feeling unwell.

We thank you for your support and understanding.

Level 3

As Christchurch will be moving to Level 3 on Wednesday, our warehouse will be able to process and dispatch orders to those who are able to receive them.
If you have an order with us and you are unable to receive it at the moment, please touch base with your account manager.

Our building remains closed to visitors.

Closed a bit longer

With the announcement on Friday to extend Level 4 lockdown in Christchurch to Tuesday 24 August (at least), Southern Approach’s warehouse will remain closed.
We will remain closed until Level 4 is lifted in Christchurch.

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister, Southern Approach is closed until the Alert Level 4 lock down is lifted.

Firstly we hope this finds you and yours safe and well.

In respect of being in Alert Level 4, the Southern Approach warehouse will be closed until at least Monday the 23rd August.
We will review this situation as further government advise is issued.

We will still receive and process your orders but they will not be dispatched while the lockdown is in place. There may be a short delay while we catch up, once we are open.
We will provide updates as soon as we know anything further.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your sales rep or Customer Service who will be working from home.

Please keep yourselves, friends and families safe and we look forward to catching up when it’s safe to do so.
